Dr. Mukta Kamplikar is an accomplished academic and HR professional with a distinguished career spanning over 26 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Holkar Science College (1997), a Master’s in Business Economics from Devi Ahilya University (1999), and a Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Devi Ahilya University (2003). She further advanced her expertise as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with AMDISA in 2006 and completed the Accelerated Development Program for Senior Executives at The Wharton School in 2014.

Dr. Kamplikar is certified in various psychometric tools, including MBTI, FIRO-B, Saville, Strong (CPP), RMP, New Managerial Grid, and Hogan. She is a Professional Member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science and has published over 16 papers in esteemed national and international journals and media. Additionally, she has earned an Advanced Diploma in Jungian Studies from Ireland and was awarded a fellowship of Rs. 5 lacs from the Commonwealth Secretariat for a post-doctoral research project.

With extensive experience in HR, Dr. Kamplikar has held senior roles in prominent companies like Bajaj Auto Ltd and Cummins India Ltd, where she demonstrated her ability to manage and grow talent, implement HR programs, and drive organizational growth. She is passionate about leading HR functions, promoting high-performance cultures, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Dr. Kamplikar is the Founder and Chief Consultant at Mukta- Liberating Human Potential and a partner at Transcendspace UK and Nasmo, Oman. Her contributions to academia have been recognized with the Best Teacher Award at the International College of Management Science and Technology and I.M.S. D.A.V.V. She also won the Best Project Award in the Intel “Teach to the Future” Program and was selected for advanced programs.
