Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is a prominent business leader and technology entrepreneur, serving as the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of 5F World, GTT Data Solutions Ltd., and Lighthouse Communities Foundation. He is also the Chairman of Honeywell Automation India and holds independent board positions with the SBI Group and Hinduja Global Solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra, Ranchi, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from IIM Mumbai, a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. His outstanding contributions have earned him the Distinguished Alumnus Award from BIT Mesra, IIT Bombay, and IIM Mumbai. Recognized for his excellence in technology entrepreneurship and people-centric leadership, he has received accolades from EY and the Asia Pacific HR Forum.
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan professional journey includes two successful CEO tenures over 25 years at APTECH and Zensar Technologies. His leadership and innovation strategies have been the subject of two Harvard Business School case studies, which are part of their teaching curriculum. He has been actively involved in industry associations, serving as the Chairman of NASSCOM and the NASSCOM Foundation, and leading national committees of the Confederation of Indian Industry and the All India Management Association. He has also served as the President of the HBS Club of India, a Charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), and a Co-Chair for the Sustainability & Social Special Interest Group of The Indus Entrepreneurs Global.
An accomplished author, Dr. Natarajan has published fourteen books and is a regular contributor to national and international forums as a writer and speaker. His primary interests lie in digital success, dual intelligence, and leadership in both the corporate and social sectors. Dr. Natarajan's extensive experience and visionary leadership continue to inspire and drive innovation across industries.
